Advertising that builds the brand and makes the sale. Since 2002.
Tacticians, sociologists, psychologists, logisticians and the occasional magician.
No smoke and mirrors.
Well, maybe a little smoke…
An independent, fully local advertising agency.
Since 2002, we’ve developed campaigns for some of Singapore’s biggest brands and organisations. Some won awards. All of them had to work. We’ve never confused the two.
Full-service means what it says. Two executions or two hundred, everything starts with strategy. We ask your brand a lot of questions, some of them uncomfortable. That’s usually where the best ideas are.
Your audience scrolls past thousands of posts a day. We make the ones they stop for. Standalone campaigns or monthly social calendars, built to work with everything else you run.
Award-winning books, mall displays, fashion shoots and the humble brochure. We treat them all with the same obsessiveness. The brochure appreciates it.
Strategy and design in the same room, arguing productively. We help brands work out what they stand for, then make sure everything looks and sounds like it. Our “Be Greater” campaign for SKM became its tagline. We’ve shaped how Mazda is positioned in Singapore since 2022. And we’ve built brands from scratch, from IKEA Tampines to the Singapore University of Technology and Design. Some brands need a birth. Others need a sharper point of view. We’ve done both.
We use generative AI to explore more ideas and produce faster, from artwork to video and animation. Strategy stays human, final artwork is finished by hand, and we tell you where AI was used. Every time.

This is See Chung’s first job, but you wouldn’t guess it. Since joining in 2024, she has shown the confidence and sharp eye of a far more seasoned writer. Ask her for a movie recommendation. You’ll get five, with reasons.
Junior Writer

Five years in and Hannah already has her Art Director title. She brings tenacity, initiative and an energy that spreads fast. Her mission is to make advertising fun again. So far, it’s working.
Art Director

Around here, Stanley is the “thousand-layer” Photoshop director. He doesn’t do rough. That attention to detail has earned him two D&AD Yellow Pencils and a New York Festivals finalist spot. He’s also the best-dressed in the office.
Associate Creative Director

Collin joined us straight out of school in 2010, after singing his way through the interview. It worked. He’s now our go-to for strategy and big ideas. He recently finished his first marathon. After years of pitch deadlines, 42km felt like a warm-up.
Creative Director

Stephen spent over 15 years at Ogilvy & Mather, Y&R and Dentsu. Then a peacekeeping stint in Iraq changed his outlook. Life, he decided, was too short for big-agency bureaucracy. So he started 3-Sixty.
Founder

Cindy joined 3-Sixty in 2004 as a young AE. Today she runs it on three Ps: people, passion and pastry. She handles clients, creatives and film directors with equal ease. And like her bakes, she knows good work can’t be rushed. It has to rise to the occasion.
General Manager

Shan leads our servicing team with focus and drive, and nothing slips past her. She’s also Mini’s mama. When she’s not shaping campaigns, she’s shaping clay at the pottery wheel.
Account Director

Chermaine pairs a sharp mind for strategy with the patience of a mama bear. She keeps the servicing crew calm, clients happy and the work moving. After a toddler and a newborn at home, very little at work rattles her.
Senior Account Manager

Gayle Tan loves a good tan. We’ll let that sink in. Her clients keep saying nice things about her, and her warmth and eagerness to learn have made her a key part of the team in a short time.
Senior Account Executive

Si Li joined in 2024 and moved up fast. Sharp and driven, she doesn’t wait to be asked. The mahjong keypad on her desk says a lot. She knows how to read the table, and she plays to win.
Senior Account Executive

Mini supervises the office from the warmest spot available. Her duties include napping through deadlines and sitting on whatever you’re working on. Shan is her mama. Everyone else is staff.
